Only one trailer for stranger things season 4 has been released, which hints on the place where Hopper ended up, after the tragic end of season 3. The Duffer brother, creators of the show, said that they were “excited to officially confirm that production on Stranger Things 4 is now underway – and even more excited to announce the return of Hopper!”

Netflix has not revealed its official release date yet. It has a trend to release new seasons and series around public holidays. According to this, it was supposed to be released in early 2021 but due to COVID-19, it is likely to get released in mid-2021.
